Most recently I asked a friend, "If given the choice, do you think you'd want to live with a water view or a city view?"
She said, "They both have their appeal. If you lived city side, you had better make sure your telescope could bookmark interest spots. I imagine you'd start watching that city like it was a real life soap opera."

There aren't enough words to express how impressed we were with Elizabeth Russo's service. Not only did she work around our packed schedule, she showed us 23 properties in one evening *whew*! Yes, we ran and drove with our heads cut off! It was so fun; filled with laughter and excitement. She was so patient and professionally meticulous with her follow-through!! She totally went out of her way to find a listing that wasn't on any sale lists in the area. After her unusual and fierce negotiations, through all of our doubt and freaking out, she landed us our home in the neighborhood I grew up in, for a little under 100k below market value! We never went into a title company and EVERYTHING was signed electronically. I was SO shocked and amazed with all of the technology she used, I wasn't sure if the home was actually ours. So, I checked public records, and there it was, in black and white, WE ARE HOME OWNERS!! As I type this review, my dad and husband are cutting a hole in the fence so our daughter can get to the free babysitting. We recommend Elizabeth, with the most highest regard, to all of our friends, family, strangers in the grocery store and on Zillow. She's the best.
