How come you're selling?

When you enter the home you walk into the living room and there are stairs on the side, leading to the bedrooms. I have a very open downstairs living area. There's a living room, dinning area, kitchen and 1/2 bathroom. The back patio opens from the living room. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The back door is located in the kitchen and leads to the assigned parking spots, 1 covered and 1 uncovered. About 10 steps out the backdoor, is the community laundry facility. It's so close. For as long as we've lived here, the neighborhood has always been quite and pet friendly.
