Have you done any upgrades?

New flooring upstairs and down. New window treatments.  Redid the kitchen by refinishing the cabinets, bought new stainless steal appliances, installed granite countertops, new sink and faucet.  Installed new ceiling fans and added a digital alarm system.  We also painted throughout about 5 years ago.

As you drive up to the court you'll find your home on the right.  You have a driveway and a two car garage.  The washer/dryer hook-ups are located in the garage too.  The yards are private because there are no rear neighbors.  You'll have a dog run and a low maintenance yard.  You can enter the home via the front door, garage or back yard.  The living room is an open concept with the living / dining room wall knocked out to give a great room feel.  You'll find a 1/2 bathroom on the main level.  There's also a loft at the top of the stairs.  Your home has 3 bedrooms with a hall bathroom, and it does have a master bedroom with bathroom.
